Mari is a sophomore in Dunster concentrating in Sociology. She loves frigid Boston winters, dance, eating home-cooked food, and collecting interesting New Yorker covers. During her gap year, she worked as a research assistant at NYU and then spent five months in Taiwan trying to learn Mandarin! Mari also enjoys learning how to boulder, watching The Office, and aspires to make good beef noodle soup (牛肉麵) some day.

Andrea Beltran is a sophomore in Quincy studying psychology! She joined HGYS so she could be part of an amazing and supportive organization that supports gap year students during any and all parts of their gap year journey. Outside of HGYS, she is also the Executive Vice president for the SoF Harvard Chapter, Vice President of Consulting for Latinxs in Finance and Tech(LiFT), and an illustrator for Harvard College Children's Stories! |

Albie Giandomenico is a junior in Cabot house who intends on concentrating in Economics with a secondary in Astrophysics. He spends his time playing 4 club sports, getting out into nature, and is a member of the beekeeping club. During his gap year, Albie spent 3 months driving over 15,000 miles around the United States and 3 months backpacking through 15 different countries in Europe. He loves reading articles online about potential locations for his next trip and lives for meeting anyone who likes to have fun. |
Publicity CHAIR / WEBMASTER
David is an incoming first-year from California who intends on concentrating in Chemistry. He loves the performing arts, especially orchestra and musical theatre. On his gap year, David created the GapChat podcast with CO'25 Jack Griffin, in order to connect with fellow gappers and share real stories from gap years during COVID. Beyond GapChat, he edited other media podcasts, virtual concerts, and campaign ads for local politicians. He also helped lead a coalition of police reform activists in his hometown.
